Who can request materials?

Only employees of commercial, public, not-for-profit or similar organsiations who are responsible for raising energy awareness in their organisation. Or in the case of public awareness materials, the sponsor organisation for the public awareness activity on energy.

The organisation requesting Materials must be that in which the activity to raise energy awareness is to be carried out, using the requested Materials. Or in the case of public awareness activities, the sponsor organisation for the public awareness activity on energy.
Use of materials
Materials are for the sole use in activities to raise energy awareness in your organsiation on a strictly non-commercial basis. Or in the case of public awareness materials, for use in public awareness non-commercial campaigns.
How it works
- You must must fulfil the Conditions below. The decision on whether to accept your request will be based on these Conditions.

If the material is not available through its hyperlink on the Web, then you can request it by completing the Request materials form below.

Your request for materials will be evaluated, and if valid, will be passed on to the copyright owner.

The copyright owner will either reply directly to you or through energyXchange.

Please do not request too many materials at any one time, and please don't make repeated requests.
Please note that not all requests for materials may be granted. The decision on whether to grant usage of materials lies with the copyright owner of the materials.

Conditions for requesting materials

To request materials, you must be an employee of a commercial, public, not-for-profit or similar organsiation and be responsible for raising energy awareness in your organisation.

Materials must be used solely for activities to raise energy awareness in your organsiation or in public awareness campaigns, on a strictly non-commercial basis.

The copyright owner will decide on whether to make materials available based on the proposed use of the materials.

The organisation requesting Materials must be that in which the activity to raise energy awareness is to be carried out, using the requested Materials. Or in the case of public awareness activities, the sponsor organisation for the public awareness activity on energy.

The copyright owner may require you to sign an agreement on the use of the materials.

The person or organisation requesting materials shall have no right to sell or distribute for sale the Material or any reproductions thereof, whether alone or incorporated or together with or onto any item of merchandise or other work of authorship, in any media or format now or hereafter known which primary value lies in the Material itself. The person or organisation requesting materials shall have no right to grant further sublicenses.

The person or organisation requesting materials shall have no right, title or interest in or to, and in any event shall have no ownership of, the Material, including any copyright and other intellectual property rights.
