A. If you are responsible for energy management in your organisation
You can request to use the questionnaire in your organisation by applying for a password. Once you have obtained a password for your organisation, as many people as you like can complete the questionnaire and the results will be returned to you electronically.

B. If you want to complete the questionnaire
If you already have a password for your organisation and wish to complete the questionnaire, please login below.
- Select your organisation name from the drop-down menu
- Enter your email address
- Enter your organisation's password
- Click "Send"
